POWER & UPS
Computel offers a wide range of APC’s UPS equipment, as well as a variety of power-protection solutions to ensure maximum uptime. 
We can deal with and coordinate the different parts of the process: delivery, on-site installation, electrical connections including switchboards and outlet circuits. We will also present a full commissioning report on completion of the project.

IP CAMERAS
We offer a complete range of network cameras, from robust outdoor cameras to discreet products for sensitive environments, including fixed cameras and domes, PTZ, thermal and panoramic cameras.
Suitable for surveillance in a static position such as entrances, hallways or loading docks, fixed network cameras have a fixed viewing location once mounted and can be used both indoor and outdoor.
The product range includes traditional camera types as well as discreet models that blend into the surrounding environment and are difficult to detect.
Fixed dome cameras have a fixed viewing direction with a discreet dome casing, offering protection against redirection and refocusing.
The non-intrusive design make these models suitable for use in environments that require elegance and discretion, such as high-end retail locations, banks and hotels. The portfolio includes the most compact dome camera on the market, measuring only 10 by 4 cm (4″by1.5″).
Suitable for wide area coverage, PTZ dome network cameras offer pan, tilt and zoom functions as well as great details when zooming in. The cameras support a wide range of features such as guard tour, audio, input/output ports for external alarm devices and autotracking.
A multitude of accessories is also available, such as joystick for easy manouvering and mounting kits for indoor and outdoor installations.
Ideal for use in large areas such as airports, large retail outlets, schools and hotels, panoramic cameras offer a 360º field of view and multiple viewing modes including 180º panorama and optical zoom for detailed views.
These models can cover an area of over 650 m² (7,000 sq.ft) and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.
In scenes where every detail matters, when you need to be able to identify a person or object, such as in airports or point-of-sale in a store, an HD or megapixel camera provides images with higher image detail and wider coverage than standard resolution cameras.
An HDTV/megapixel camera has a resolution at least three times better than an analogue camera and 4K Ultra HD offers four times the resolution of HDTV 1080p.
Thermal cameras create images based on the heat that radiates from objects such as people or vehicles, making them suitable for scenes with varying or challenging light conditions, such as lowlight, backlight, shadows and camouflage attempts.
Thermal cameras deliver images from scenes ranging from pitch black to fully sunlit, allowing operators to detect and act on wrongful activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Designed for use in vehicles such as metro systems, cars, buses, trains and emergency vehicles, these rugged and durable cameras withstand vibrations, shocks and changing temperatures.
Equipped with active tampering alarm and protected against refocusing and redirecting attempts by their dome design, these cameras are suitable for exposed environments.
For deployment outdoors, such as for city surveillance and traffic monitoring, these cameras have weather-proof casings (IP66), day and night functionality, tampering alarm and HDTV/megapixel resolution and are proofed for a wide range of temperatures without need for external housing.
VMS & PSIM
Partnering with industry leaders, we offer video management software from open platform providers, allowing for customization and integration of a wide range of features such as access control, multiple camera models and video analytics. VIDEO ANALYTICS SOFTWARE
We offer a wide range of video analytics software that fully integrate with our VMS offering, enabling security features such as facial recognition, license plate recognition (LPR), motion detection and access control as well as business intelligence and marketing tools such as people counting, queue management, heat maps, age and gender analysis and many more…
Analytics for facial recognition detects and identifies visitors to a site in real time, based on biometric data entered into a database, and logs details such as time of entry and exit. Individuals can be indexed and automatically identified by the system, for example as “employee”, “VIP” or “black list” and alert staff and security personnel accordingly.
The software recognizes faces on images and video in both outdoor and indoor scenes as well as under challenging conditions such as low image resolution, variable light conditions and distorting facial expressions.
License plate recognition (LPR) recognises and identifies vehicles entering the premises, indexing plates and providing all the relevant information about the vehicle from the central database.
Applications of use include access control as well as traffic enforcement such as toll collection and border control. LPR analytics also allows you to gather data on site visit patterns such as traffic volume, peak entrances and peak timings.
Intrusion detection analytics allows for a restricted zone to be determined, whether physical or virtual, where access is prohibited and will sound an alarm upon trespassing to alert the operator’s attention.
The lost or abandoned objects analytic monitors and alerts of any abandoned or forgotten objects and is an important security feature in airports, train terminals, ports or other high-security premises.
Analytics can be used to determine and track the number of visitors to a site such as a store or supermarket, providing key metrics such as visitors per day and hour. These applications deliver real business intelligence and inform managers of staffing needs, optimal opening hours etc.
Occupancy rate analytics inform operators of the occupancy rate of people or objects in rooms or spaces such as car parks and allows for tracking over time. Heat map analytics identifies hot spots with the greatest and most frequent flow of occupants and enables security managers to manage resources accordingly.
Analytics can also detect and recognise behavioural patterns in individuals from nervousness to panic and thus prevent potentially dangerous sitiations.
Age and gender analytics provide valuable information on the age and gender of customers and visitors to stores, museums or public institutions, that can be used by managers to inform marketing policies and ultimately improve business results.
The software can also detect emotions such as happiness, anger, surprise and satisfaction as well as the position of the head, indicating which part of a window display or promotional area attracts the most attention.
Queue and Point-of-sales (POS) Analytics provide retailers with real time actionable insights to improve the customer experience. When queues exceed threshold levels as an alert is sent to prompt additional staffing. It also enables store managers to analyse how queues have changed over a period time, thus informing staff planning and general management.
